One Honey Boutique & Honey Couture was founded in 2011 and is a privately owned Australian Business.
Where does the name One Honey come from?
The business is owned by Honey, her father always says "there is only one honey"
Do I have to register to order something?
You don't have to have an account with Honey Couture to place an order but we do recommend it. There are so many benefits to having an account! For starters, if we ever need to issue you store credit the only way for us to do it is if you have an account.

Where do I enter my discount code?
At the time of checkout enter all your payment information, then on the next screen a coupon box will be displayed, enter your code there in the box in capital letters
I saw something on the Honey Couture Facebook page or Instagram that I want to order but I can't find it on the site.
Sometimes we showcase items on Facebook or our Instagram not yet available on the site. You can order through our Facebook page or wait until it's posted online. If it's currently available on the site, we usually provide a link in the description.
Otherwise, you can always inbox us on Facebook to order anything you see. We're happy to help!
How do I order clothes from your Facebook page?
You are welcome to use the SHOP tab on our facebook page, or you can shop directly via our website
Can I checkout using PayPal if I don't have a PayPal account?
You sure can! Upon checkout you will be redirected to PayPal if you that's your chosen method.
There will be two options: (1) have a PayPal account, (2) don't have a PayPal account.
You can select "don't have a PayPal account" and then enter your credit/debit card details. Once we receive confirmation of payment, we'll ship your order out!
Are your clothes true to size?
Most of our clothes are true to size with some variations every now and then, depending on the designer. Where possible we will include that designers size chart on the product listing, size charts are to be used as a guide only.
We always try to specify if something runs a little small or large so check the description for fit notes.
And if you're ever really unsure, feel free to email us or speak to our Stylists via our Live Chat Mon-Fri we'll be glad to help you choose the right size.
Is there a Honey Couture Store I can visit?
Sorry no. We have now closed all our stores and trade online only. However keep an eye on our social media page as we do run pop up stores or attend fashion events throughout the year.
Do you sell your stock wholesale?
Sorry, we do not sell our stock wholesale nor do we allow for resale of our items
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Please check our shipping page and also read the description on the product of the item you wish to purchase.
When I try to track my order there are no available details.
As soon as we dispatch your item you will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking information from Australia Post or DHL and you'll be able to follow your parcel every step of the way!
If you haven't received a tracking email, be sure to check your junk mailbox or send us a note and we can resend this for you.
How can I access my store credit?
The only way for us to issue you store credit is if you have an account with Honey Couture. After that, it's really easy! Just login and using your credit will be an option upon checkout.
If you checked out as a guest or purchased an item through our Facebook page and wish to make a return/exchange, we will contact you once we receive the item.
You will have to create an account with Honey Couture before we issue credit.
Will my item be exactly like it looks in the picture?
Different computers have different screen resolutions so it's possible the colours will be slightly different in real life from what you see on your screen.
That said, we try very hard to represent the garments perfectly when taking photos for the site. We emphasize any special features and try to actively show how the fabric sits and moves.
I returned an item for exchange. How do I check the status of the order?
Due to how busy we are we no longer offer manual exchanges.
You will need to place a new order for the exchanged item and we usually ship out the new garment straight away. Then send the other item back to us to be processed.

Can I place an item on lay-by?
Yes! We are super happy to now offer take home Lay-Buy via AFTERPAY for any Australian customers! Find out more info here
We also offer ZipPay and OxiPay!
What payment methods do you accept?
We like to make shopping as easy as possible for everyone, we offer AfterPay and ZipPay and also Bank Transfer via PoliPay.
We also accept Credit and Debit cards can be used including AMEX.
Do you offer Student Discount?
Heck yeah we do! We offer promotions via UNiDAYS and StudentEdge, log onto their platform to find the deets.
I didn't receive an order or shipping confirmation. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. It's possible the email has gone to your junk folder or maybe we have an incorrect email address for you. Be sure to check your junk mailbox just in case.
If you still don’t have it, please contact us straight away so we can verify whether the order was placed and resend you any confirmation.
Can I upload a photo of my purchase?
We will always reward you with a prize if we love your pic!
The item I want is “sold out” or no longer appears?
Contact with the name of the item, colour and size you want and we'll let you know if we're getting anymore back. If we are, we'll put you on the list to be notified when that particular item comes back in stock.
Or, on the sold out products page, you should see a grey box that says "notify me when my size is back in stock". If you pop your email down, then you'll get an automatic notification when your size is back in stock!
Can I return a sale item?
There are no returns or refunds available on sale items. All sale items are sold as final sale only. Please refer to our full Returns Policy by clicking here.
How do I access my store credit?
If you've been given store credit, it will automatically come up as a payment option at the shopping bag page when you are logged in. you can check your account balance by logging in here.
I haven't received my credit yet, did you receive my return?
Upon receiving a returned item, it usually takes up to 3-5 business days for it to be processed, this can be busier during peak times such as holidays and long weekends.
Please be patient and do not send us an email about this. We will send you an email once this has been completed and the store credits have been applied to your account.
Please check your spam folder as it sometimes gets flagged as spam. :)
How do the gift cards work?
Gift cards are emailed immediately after payment to the person nominated (i.e. who you're giving the gift card to). You can also send it to yourself and personalise it more before forwarding it on to your friend as well :)
How long are gift cards valid for?
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
